Shipping and Returns
At Potier Studio, we do our best to ensure that your products arrive quickly and safely. Below, you'll find all the important information regarding the shipping of your orders.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During busier periods, such as promotions or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.​​

European Union - Correio Azul: 6€ or Free above 150€ (Delivery in 5 - 15 business days)

Shipping Tracking
All orders with tracking options, such as Express Shipping, will include a tracking number. This number will be sent via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Customs Fees and Taxes
For international shipments, please be aware that customs fees and import taxes may be charged upon arrival at the destination. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. We recommend checking your country’s policies before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues
If your package is damaged during transit or if you notice any issues with delivery, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and find an appropriate solution. If your package is lost or misplaced by the carrier, we will do our best to resolve the situation with the shipping company.

Shipping Address Changes
Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your purchase. If you need to change the address after payment, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched and is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Return Policy
You may return your items within 14 days after receiving your order. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

How to Make a Return
Place the item(s) in the original packaging, securely sealed. Send it to the following address:

Return Conditions
Potier Studio accepts exchanges or returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items:

Have not been used or show signs of use

Have the original packaging

Are in perfect condition for resale
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In case of a return, only the cost of the items will be refunded, excluding shipping fees. You can always choose to return the items at one of Potier Studio’s markets to avoid shipping costs.
The customer should always keep the shipping receipt (in case of sending via CTT), as the responsibility lies with the customer until we receive the item(s) at our warehouse. Potier Studio is not responsible for lost items or delays during transportation.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for another product, you can do so by returning the item and requesting an exchange, or by visiting one of Potier Studio’s markets. For online orders, you will need to return the item and place a new order or contact us via email at potier.studio@gmail.com to request the exchange.

Complaints
If you wish to file a complaint about a used product purchased from Potier Studio, you can do so at a physical market (at no additional cost) or send the item by mail for analysis (with the shipping cost covered by the customer).
Once the item is received, the complaint will be analyzed, and the maximum response time is 5 business days. A refund will only be issued if the complaint is accepted and there is no identical item available for replacement.
